We are a family owned and operated business, with honesty at our core.
Ryan and I both grew up on a family farm and know the value of hard work. Our parents and grandparents taught us the values of honesty and doing things the right way.
Ryan’s father always carried a handkerchief in his back pocket while working on his farm. He used a fresh one every day to help wipe away sweat, blood and tears. Now, whenever we see a red handkerchief, it reminds us of the great values that he taught. We’ve chosen the red handkerchief as part of our brand to represent our promise to always be honest and get the job done right.
Our “Red Handkerchief Promise” is that we promise to give you our very best work, done right the first time. When our Utah’s Most Wanted Techs visit your home, make sure to ask them for your very own red handkerchief!
Have a beautiful day!
Angie

Emily Effect 2016 Donation Results
Beginning in August 2016 Western Heating and Air joined forces with an important cause we felt very strongly about…The Emily Effect. The Emily Effect Foundation was founded when Emily Dyches lost her life due to the effects of postpartum depression. I was very close with Emily, and losing her broke my heart.
I wanted to do something to help spread awareness of postpartum depression, and we decided the best way to do this is through our technicians passing out information to homeowners after a service call. We also created an Emily Effect wrap for one of our vans and we recently just did a brand new Emily Effect truck wrap!
We also created a special Monument Club offer to raise donations in support of this important cause.
We are happy to report on our efforts for August through December 2016. In just 5 short months, we had 180 customers sign up for the Emily Effect Monument Club, and we are happy to report we were able to donate $2,520 dollars to the Emily Effect Foundation!

Emily with her son.
Not only that, but we’ve heard from hundreds of people in the Utah communities we serve, sharing with us how much they appreciate the increased knowledge and awareness Western Heating and Air is sharing each time we visit a home. We have passed out hundreds of pamphlets and we’ve put over 20,000 miles on our Emily Effect van over the past five months!
We are excited to see what 2017 brings! We believe we are making a difference in the lives of the people we serve, as well as honoring Emily’s memory. We are grateful to all the customers who chose to sign up for the Monument Club in support of the Emily Effect. Thank you!
Can You Spot the Emily Effect Truck?
We are doing something fun this month with our new Emily Effect truck! When you spot our truck around town, now through the end of January, snap a quick picture and share it on Facebook. You can either share it and tag Western Heating and Air (https://www.facebook.com/timeforcomfort/), or you can post it directly onto our Facebook page.
At the end of the month we will choose a winner from the posts and you will receive a FUN surprise!
Use these hashtags in your post to help us spread more awareness #Westernheatingandair, #TheEmilyEffect, #Postpartumdepression.
Thank you!

“Hey, I’m freezing in here. Is the furnace even working?”
Oh, wow. Here we go again. On the first cool day this winter, we received WAY too many calls from homeowners having problems just like this one. Interestingly enough…
This common scene is also totally avoidable. They could’ve called us this fall, or even easier joined our Monument Club so they don’t have to worry about remembering to have their furnace and looked at before winter sets in.
But, unfortunately many homeowners do not do this and assume their furnace is just fine. However, as you know, winter has hit and with it the temperatures and the snow is falling faster than ever. Luckily, we have a special offer we are providing to homeowners who still want to make sure their furnaces are working and their home is being heated properly and efficiently.
Now, before you say, “I’m not freezing and my furnace is working just fine!” check this out:
We are now offering homeowners in Utah and Salt Lake County a Free Heating Home Comfort Analysis – a $79 Value!
